WHAT DO I GET WITH MY ORDER?

With each order, the price includes your logo in (1) colour permanent print.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

Payment is required prior to commencement of your job.  This can be made by Mastercard, Visa, EFTPOS payment or cheque.

WHAT ARTWORK IS REQUIRED?

Mugs Direct prefer an EPS file or AI file. A high resolution jpg may also be sufficient. If your artwork needs to be re-drawn or modified this can be done for a moderate fee.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Please advise your location for an accurate freight quotation.
